- If you are a Mentor in our dojo we are advised by the Codordojo Foundation the umbrella organisation we operate under to keep a digital record of your Garda Vetting Application. These records are only maintained while you are active in the Dojo and are deleted when a Mentor notifies us that they are no longer participating or 3 months after we’ve lost contact with a Mentor.
