coderdojomalahide.com and variety of support systems such as Eventbrite event management and Mailchimp are operated by Coderdojo Malahide a voluntary members club which is subject to a constitution which is available here.

We have created this Privacy Statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. This Privacy Statement sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. In order to fully understand your rights, we encourage you to read this Privacy Statement and to consult our Terms and Conditions of Use.

  • Children who choose to participate in our awards or belt system will have records kep of their achievements.
  • If you are a Mentor in our dojo we are advised by the Codordojo Foundation the umbrella organisation we operate under to keep a digital record of your Garda Vetting Application.  These records are only maintained while you are active in the Dojo and are deleted when a Mentor notifies us that they are no longer participating or 3 months after we’ve lost contact with a Mentor.

We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
